LEADERSHIP 

Dave Marquez is managing principal and lead designer at MmD.  Dave founded MmD Architecture in 2009 with vision and passion for architecture and the built environment.  For the past 20 years he has been an integral part of numerous successful and award winning projects.   Dave studied Architecture at the Univ. of Colorado where he received a Master of Architecture Degree.

He also holds a Colorado Real Estate license and served as a board member for the City or Arvada Board of Adjustments.

We are a full service Architectural design and planning practice that continues to grow.  Currently we have well skilled staff that brings passion and creativity to each project. 

Residential design:  MmD has extensive experience with residential design that includes multifamily & mixed use projects as well as single family custom and production build structures.  

Commercial design:  Our principals have completed large scale commercial projects over the past 20 years with design budgets from 10 million to 70 million.  We have extensive experience with office core and shell, tenant finish space, and mixed use office and retail.
